About This Run
We’re teaming up with Kreatures of Habit founder Michael Chernow and Matty Christopherson, founder of OPS RUN, for one of our classic runs from Loki Coffee!
We offer a long run that takes place at 8:00 AM, where you can grab an additional three miles before linking up with the short group! Short group starts at 8:30 AM
After the run, refuel with the DAILY BAR: Kreatures of Habit’s plant-based, seed oil-free protein bar with 3g of creatine, now available nationwide at Sprouts. Loki will be providing free cold brew as well!

Salty Star Run Club was founded in 2024 by a small group of friends who shared a passion for running and genuine connection. Since then, Salty Star has grown to become the largest social/running club in Utah, with our Saturday Socail runs seeing 200+ runners each week. We believe that anybody can run, anybody can do hard things, and we value sharing the stories of our unique emotional journeys through running, including both our failures and our accomplishments. We don’t just highlight the genetic specimens, we showcase the grit and the emotional journey of all people.
We host 4 runs a week including Tuesday track workouts, Thursday evening laps, Saturday social runs, and Trail runs on Sundays! Check our instagram for details on locations and times for events throughout the month.
