About This Run
Wednesday, July 1 | Sunset Beach 🇨🇦

We’re kicking off Canada Day the best way we know how: together, moving, on the seawall.

Whether you’re a lifelong local, a newcomer who chose this city, or somewhere in between, this one’s for everyone who calls Vancouver home. Come out and celebrate what this place means to you.

We meet just behind the concession stand at Sunset Beach for our classic 5K along the seawall, one of the most beautiful routes in the city, especially on a summer evening.

The run:
5K route with 3 optional bootcamp stops along the way (fun, not mandatory, no pressure!)

Front pace: ~5:45/km | Back pace: ~7:00-8:00/km

Sweep runner at the back so no one gets left behind

All paces welcome. Beginner friendly.

No bag drop this summer, so travel light!

We acknowledge that we run on the unceded territories of the xwməθkwəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations.

Come make some friends. See you Wednesday. 🤍

One Run Club (ORC) is Vancouver’s most fun run club, gathering hundreds of runners every Wednesday evening at English Bay. What started as a “small” community run has grown into one of the city’s most vibrant weekly events. Free, open to all paces, and built on the belief that running is better when it feels like a party. ORC is co-led by Kaitlyn, Cam, and Sid, with a team of captains and volunteers who show up every week to make the experience feel effortless. Beyond the weekly run, ORC hosts signature events, brand activations, and community series that bring people together around movement, lifestyle, and connection.
