Join us for our Wednesday night 45min run!
We'll meet at the parking lot at Lake Needwood Rock Creek Regional Park Rock Creek Trail at 5:50PM. We'll start at 6:00PM, run 25mins out, 20mins back, and cool down the remainder back to the parking lot.
Come and run whatever pace is best for you for a moderate effort endurance run! All paces welcome, no one left behind!
