Join us for our Tuesday night 45min run!
We'll meet at the park at Beach and Cedar to run the Rock Creek Trail at 5:50PM. We'll start at 6:00PM, run 25mins out, 20mins back, and cool down the remainder back to the park.
Come and run whatever pace is best for you for a moderate effort endurance run! All paces welcome, no one left behind!
